Perhaps the alarm was accidentally switched off via the app. Check whether the bell symbol has been crossed out/deselected.
no no the bell symbol is ok. Alarm Schedule start at from 21pm to 6am … I found the video of allarm but not received the notification on cell
Not received the push on my device… I found the registration of videos but not receive the notification … not understand … Push on APP are correct also the bell symbol are activated

I mean the push notifications on my phone when there’s an alarm (I’ve activated only the “person” detection). I used to receive alerts with sound, vibration, and an icon on my phone, but I haven’t been getting these notifications for a few months now. Email notification is not activated.
I turned the push notifications back on from InstarVision on my PC and it working now. I had tried it before on my phone, but it didn’t work.
