How can i turn on & off my in-9820 4k camera?

In the Web AI, there are tiles to click on & a supply of unactivated tiles. I tried to activate the spotlight tile, but it would not activate; I cud not drag it to the ? tile or get it to start appearing with the 8 tile group of controls.

Why is there no intuitive, obvious way to turn the LED lights on & off?

This product has poor directions & not a good manual. I have wasted so much time trying to set up & get this camera to work. And this forum is an example. I have to type in this narrow column in forced double spacing.

Hi,
you can’t drop tiles to the ? or Instar field. There are 6 tiles left for your purpose. If they are all in use you just have to delete one tile (drag one tile back to the left field) and then you can drag a new tile to that free position.
