Continuous Led red flashing

I Have installed 2 cam 9420, and installed the last firmware but the power red led continuously flashing, is it normal?

which one do you mean? The red IR lights in front of the camera?

I think it’s the Status LED, you can turn it on/off in the WebUI here

yes, I read that it flashing because I have to update the firmware… but firmware is already updated
